The question is am I a danger to myself or others. The answer is a resounding NO.

Job is riding on it. Continued employment, not a new position.

Have references in place so that if I need an independent evaluation it will happen.

This is harassment and I am shopping for an attorney. Once I come back with a clean eval, I'm restored, including all the lost pay and accruals.
