Yes, they are, but there Are pdf's available and everyone views this crisis differently. (for non-pdf info, Firefox has a save page to pdf add on)
Some of these docs will probably be gone soon and those of us out in the boonies might need some of this know-how.

I'm down with info. Knowledge is something that is hard to pack and light to carry... Knowledge, combined with an open, nimble mind is Anyone's sharpest, most useful tool.
