PRISON BUSES IN PRODUCTION BIGTIME!!!!
Mystery Prison Buses in the Desert

by Ellen Brown

On a recent visit to Tucson, Arizona, where I was invited to give a presentation on monetary reform, I was disturbed by a story of strange goings on in the desert. A little over a year ago, it seems, a new industrial facility sprang up on the edge of town. It was in a remote industrial zone and appeared to be a bus depot. The new enterprise was surrounded by an imposing security fence and bore no outward signs identifying its services. However, it soon became apparent that the compound was in the business of outfitting a fleet of prison buses. Thirty or so secondhand city buses were being reconfigured with prison bars in the windows and a coat of fresh paint bearing the “Wackenhut G4S” logo on the side.

The new Wackenhut operation is shrouded in mystery. It has been running its fleet of empty prison buses night and day, apparently logging miles on a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract. Multiple buses can be seen driving all over town and even on remote desert back roads. Oddly, except for the driver and one escort guard seated in front, these buses are always empty.

Wackenhut Services was founded by George Wackenhut in 1954 to provide prison guard services to state and federal governments. Wackenhut Services is now owned by the Danish corporation G4S.

Observers originally thought that the purpose of the new Wackenhut operation was to outfit prison buses to be distributed in other parts of the country. But it soon became apparent that none of the buses was leaving the Tucson depot. Recently, a passerby observed what appeared to be a training operation there. In what seemed to be strange activity for 10:30 PM on a Saturday night, the depot yard was fully illuminated, the entire fleet of buses was up and running, and drivers and guards were scrambling around the yard. The question is, what were they training for?

Wackenhut has never officially announced itself to the community, and the local news media have never mentioned its presence. Hiring has been discreetly conducted via the Internet, and an apathetic general public has taken little notice. Among the few who have noticed, one theory is that the prison bus depot is simply infrastructure for border security. But if so, where are the illegal aliens? Why are these buses always empty? What is the alleged justification for burning thousands of gallons of diesel fuel to run thirty decrepit, smoking buses night and day without passengers?

There is another interesting piece to this puzzle. On the desolate plain between Phoenix and Tucson is a tiny town called Florence, Arizona, which features a population consisting largely of prisoners. For decades, Florence has been the home of two of the largest county and federal prisons in the state; and in 2007, a vast new DHS prison was built there as well. Like the Wackenhut buses, this shiny new facility, which literally disappears into the horizon, has gone unannounced and unnoticed by the general public. A new facility for imprisoning illegal aliens? It is hard to imagine such expensive infrastructure being built for that purpose when U.S. policy has been to simply return illegals to their home countries.

Fraud and waste aside, this mysterious activity has sinister implications. Why the obvious secrecy? Since the World Trade Center disaster in 2001, the Department of Homeland Security has grown to monster proportions, claiming a projected $50 billion of the federal budget in 2009. DHS includes the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), which earned notoriety in 2005 for its gross mishandling of the Katrina disaster in New Orleans. Al Martin, a retired naval intelligence officer and former contributor to the Presidential Council of Economic Advisors, has linked the remilitarization of FEMA to the civil unrest anticipated along with economic collapse. He wrote in a November 2005 newsletter called “Behind the Scenes in the Beltway”:

“FEMA is being upgraded as a federal agency, and upon passage of PATRIOT Act III, which contains the amendment to overturn posse comitatus, FEMA will be re-militarized, which will give the agency military police powers. . . . Why is all of this being done? Why is the regime moving to a militarized police state and to a dictatorship? It is because of what Comptroller General David Walker said, that after 2009, the ability of the United States to continue to service its debt becomes questionable. Although the average citizen may not understand what that means, when the United States can no longer service its debt it collapses as an economic entity. We would be an economically collapsed state. The only way government can function and can maintain control in an economically collapsed state is through a military dictatorship.”1

All of this is quite ominous. It is also a good argument for considering radical funding alternatives. There are other ways to deal with the federal debt besides relying on the waning appetites of the Chinese and the Japanese for U.S. securities. Some innovative alternatives for funding both the federal debt and President Obama’s new economic stimulus package will be the subject of followup articles. Stay tuned.

Re: PRISON BUSES IN PRODUCTION BIGTIME!!!!
This thread truly deserves a pin because it has some alaming information that affects every one of us. It has the ring of a plan that was posted under the title: Objective - Arizona on June 26, 2005. Here is a part of the article:

Col. Farrell, who says he "still has contacts in the intelligence community," claims that UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan has set up a new United Nations base at Punta Salsipuedes, 32 kilometers (20 miles) south of Tijuana, in Mexico´s state of Baja California Norte, adding, "There are primarily 20,000 Chinese soldiers in uniform at this base."

"Six years ago, in the months preceding Y2K, UFO Roundup received all kinds of reports about preparations for martial law. The most common of these were reports of eighteen-wheeler trucks being stopped and the interior loaded with yellow ´martial law´ signs," editor Joseph Trainor said, "At the time, there were also stories about UN activities in Mexico, and I got an unusual report from a Brazilian Army officer, who had apparently read our 1996 articles about the Varginha case."

"Anyway, in 1997, Capt. Ramos Ferreira claimed, he was assigned to Brazil´s diplomatic mission at the United Nations in New York City. He sat in on meetings of the UN Military Subcommittee on Peacekeeping Operations. At each meeting, the officers, who comprised representatives from the armies of many UN member states, were tasked with coming up with a UN peacekeeping response to a crisis scenario. This particular meeting had two chairmen, a Russian colonel and an Israeli colonel, and the task was to come up with a plan to quell violence in southern Arizona. Ramos Ferreira was intrigued by the fact that no American military personnel were present at the meeting."

"At the end of the day-long session, the officers presented their alternate plans. These were soon boiled down to a single ´response,´ of which the captain presented a summary:"

"(A) Following a vote by the UN Security Council, two UN armored task forces cross the border into Arizona. Task Force Hammarskjold (TFH) crosses at a point 10 kilometers (6 miles) east of Lukeville, Arizona. Task Force U Thant (TFUT) crosses at Bisbee Junction, Arizona."

"(B) Day One: TFH sweeps through the Tohono O´Odham reservation, up the dirt road to Gu Vo, then on to Schuchuli, bursts out of the reservation and takes Ajo (population 3,705). Meanwhile, TFUT takes Bisbee (population 6,090), bypasses Fort Huachuca and Sierra Vista, takes Tombstone (population 1,504) and finishes the day by taking Benson (population 4,711)."

"(C) Day Two: TFH races up Highway 85, taking the vital junction at Gila Bend (population 1,980), then north again on Highway 85 to Buckeye (population 6,537), then northeast across the desert, cutting Highway 60 at Wittmann (population 1,000). Then a final dash east to capture the Carl Pleasant Dam. Operational success hinges on reaching Wittmann in the first 48 hours."

"In the east, bypassing Tucson, TFUT drives north, taking Redington, San Manuel and Oracle in quick succession. By late morning, TFUT sweeps north on Highway 79 and launches a full-scale assault on Florence (population 17,054). Like Wittmann, Florence must be taken in the first 48 hours."

"(D) Day Three: TFH captures Cave Creek (population 3,728) and drives southeast. TFUT takes Apache Junction (population 31,814) and drives northwest. The UN task forces link up at Fountain Hills (population 20,235). Three million Americans in the ´Phoenix Pocket´ are now prisoners of war."

"During the question-and-answer period, Capt. Ramos Ferreira told the chairmen that the scenario was ´unrealistic.´ If there was unrest on the USA-Mexico border, it would more likely happen in Texas. The Russian colonel then commented that Texas was ´too hard a walnut to crack.´ Too many guns, he said. The Israeli colonel said a Mossad survey had discovered that the average household in Texas had six guns. Not only that, but one out of every five gunowners in Texas has reloading equipment and enough lead and chemicals to manufacture his own ammunition for at least two, perhaps three months. ´Besides,´ the Israeli colonel said, ´There is no indication the goyim in Texas would obey an order to lay down their arms, even if it came from their president.´"

"´What makes you think the situation would be different in Arizona?´ Capt. Ramos Ferreira asked."

"´The Arizona goyim are city dwellers,´ the Israeli colonel said, with a trace of contempt. ´Unused to hardship. Shut off their water and their television and their air-conditioning, and they will soon submit to UN occupation.´"

"When the meeting finally broke up, Capt. Ramos Ferreira wondered cynically what the committee did on the days no Brazilians were present. Were they also planning the occupation of Bahia, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro? Who could say?"

Times of India for March 26, 2005, "Mexican military receives U.S. permission to quell Arizona militia uprising."

Very interesting, especially the fine print about a Patriot Act III being in the works. Looks like this would be a great test of Obama's new "transparency" or would a request for information be denied on the grounds of national security?

You gotta wonder how much Wackenhut is being paid for this operation.

It should be of no wonder to us why Obama was somber after being debriefed, and why the economy is #1 on his agenda. Doing something now buys them time to get their ducks in a row because there isn't enough men or equipment to subdue the entire country unless we are hit from the air, using military and private aircraft.

Being a mere senator doesn't make them privy to the secret information held by FEMA and other agencies. What a shock most of them would receive if they had access to what has been or is being planned. Yeah, we need transparency, and we need it NOW, delivered by Obama. So much to do, so little time.

Illegal aliens could be possible. Im sure the empty buses driving arround would be just to put miles on the vehicles. It is possible just to get some money. But then you have to realize that any vehicle that sits for a while gets something called lot rot.
Its much more costly then driving the vehicles arround.

I used to live south of Tucsan in a town called sierra vista.
I did what the Arizonians call "Do AZ" I was out and about all the time. I ran into Illegals all the time. On any given night you could see them comming from the back side of Thunder mountain with their flashlights. The back side of Tmountain is Mexico.
In the apartment complex I lived in it wasnt uncommon to see aparments full of illegals.
If you you tube search Sierra Vista and you will see videos of locals taping Illgals comming in at night.
They have the power to create reality

I could explain it better but I would need charts, graphs and an easel.

By the way....which ones pink?

The whole article is suspect but this line in particular makes me question the credibility of this "researcher":

"A new facility for imprisoning illegal aliens? It is hard to imagine such expensive infrastructure being built for that purpose when U.S. policy has been to simply return illegals to their home countries."

There's nothing "simple" about the US returning illegal aliens to their own countries.

The only reason they get in the system in the first place is if they already got arrested for some crime other than just being here illegally.

No deportation can take place without a hearing. The hearing needs to be scheduled and is often months out in an overburdened system. So since there is no room to put the person, they are mostly released on their own recognizance and never show up for their hearing. At least that is my understanding.

When they busted that slaughterhouse in Postville, they didn't have any place to put the illegal employees. They had to put them in some facilities at the Fairgrounds.

If the USA ever had the balls to start a roundup of illegals and deport them, you can bet we don't have the infrastructure to handle such an operation.

The way she dismisses deportation as "simply returning them to their home countries" shows me that she doesn't know anything about the process. That is not an active policy of our customs and immigration department, that's for sure. Of course they deport some. A tiny fraction. And guess what - they come right back!
