Earthquake graph - shocking!
[link to www.thehorizonproject.com]
Jhn 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Jhn 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Jhn 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

at 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

Mat 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

Mat 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all [these things] must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

Mat 24:7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in diverse places.

Mat 24:8 All these [are] the beginning of sorrows.

This graph is total bullshit. The number of quakes have not increased.

Horizon has decided to remove quake data to make their point.

This is true too. But I believe we've had pretty effective recording for quite a while now.

Also, this doesn't reflect tremors - we're talking MAJOR earthquakes - something that would have been recorded by someone somewhere.

I am against plate tectonics.
Well it seems so real I can see it
And it seems so real I can feel it
And it seems so real I can taste it
And it seems so real I can hear it
So why can't I touch it?
So why can't I touch it?

I'm no expert, but I have my suspicions that the increased reporting of quakes and/or fatalities are at least in part due to our advances in technology.

yep ..modern technology has made it possinble to register the trash truck that shakes the ground in new orleans while it is backing up anf picking up dumster trash ......new orleans has high water table in ground...thus ground shakes very easy even when semi trucks or dump trcks pass.by

Re: Earthquake graph - shocking!
the only difference between the old record keeping and the new is that the new record keeping comes many X faster. Data is presented within a day. Before computers it took 30 days to come in.

Yes the equipment is more sensitive and able to record minute changes but this graph is ONLY for earthquakes magnitude 6 to 8! That ain't Joe Six Pack farting on the couch you are seeing on the graph.
