Serious Question, Does anybody wake up vibrating.
For years ive been on or off waking up vibrating, id estimate the cycles of the vibrations to be somewhat about 100 vibrations a minute maybe more, its somewhat akin to shivering, but its not cold, if anything its annoying as i feel as if im waking up because of it sometimes.

It happens to me at least once or twice a week, ive suffered from sleep paralysis in the past.

Im not sure if its heart related or what, i dont get any chest pains, my heart doesnt seem irregular because of it, im thinking i should go to the doctors.

I have heard of this before, but i can never get a straight explanation, all i ever get is some mystic shit about how my body is trying to OBE and probably is every time i sleep.

Re: Serious Question, Does anybody wake up vibrating.
If you have had sleep paralysis stuff in the past, it could just be a muscle tone thing. You come out of REM sleep with zero muscle tone and then your body takes a while to find a new equalibrium as you wake up.

I doubt whether it is waking you up, but more a function of waking up. It may be diet related. Maybe Magnesium deficiency?

LinK: [link to www.bodyandfitness.com]

Muscle spasms, muscle cramps, muscle jerks, muscle tics, eye tics, hiccups can all be caused by a magnesium deficiency. Magnesium and calcium work together to control muscle action. Calcium tenses (tightens) the muscles; magnesium relaxes the muscles. With insufficient magnesium the muscles stay tense, causing a cramp in the muscle. This could happen when you have too much calcium and too little magnesium.

It could be a nutritional imbalance ... I'm thinking minerals -- possibly magnesium.
Maybe do some research on that?

I've had that when i mediate.

Used to do a lot of tarot card readings for people. I'd open all my chakras, and try and tune in.

My whole body used to shake, its a strange feeling.

No idea what it is though.

Yes, happens to me frequently. In the past I was told it was you coming back into your body after astral traveling.

I have no opinion on whether that is true or not. How could one prove it?

I've heard a diet of raw fruits/vegetables can raise your vibration because of the higher concentrated, non-cooked energy. Have you stopped eating human flesh recently?

One technique for OBE by Robert Monroe uses whole body vibrations to raise the frequency before separation. But if you have a concern, or pain, see a doctor.

Yeah this is the only explanation i get.

But i have never consciously OBE'd so im skeptical its even possible, but i do lucid dream a lot and wake up shortly after because im aware im dreaming and when i start to change my dream it it wakes me up.

It's probably an effect of the energized state of your body. During sleep, cells naturally entrain to resonant electromagnetic fields of this rock you live on, mainly Schumann and Alfven, and usually soak in ambient energetics therefrom.

Re: Serious Question, Does anybody wake up vibrating.
It's linked with astral projection. I came to GLP wondering about this some time in 08, and AP was the answer I was given. It usually happened to me when I was falling asleep, but also sometimes when waking up.

It feels like a slow resonance - Too slow to be a vibration. My bed is very squeaky, and during this "resonance" my bed does not make any noise, which leads me to believe that my body isn't actually moving at all.

It is easy to trigger with a small (or large) dose of caffeine in pill form (as well as a B-12/6 vitamin) right before you fall asleep.

Hannibal, I have done this for years, and it is very real. If you would like an in depth conversation feel free to PM me if you want.

Edit: Since you can't Ill just talk openly.

It IS in fact related to OBEs sometimes accompanied by buzzing or humming. I am sure if you are going through this that you have also woke up paralyzed and un able to move at some point. I would also bet it happens more when you nap than when you are sleeping at night. When it happens to me I vibrate for about 20-30 minutes afterwards.

Your spirit has to vibrate at a certain frequency when it leaves, or tries to and when you wake up in the middle of it you are experiencing the process of the vibrations adjusting.

Personally I hate it. Mine was caused by me leaving my body when I was younger almost at will. After I got saved I stopped doing it but as a side effect I still subconciously leave from time to time.

It is real whether you believe it or not.
