Why Do Cat People Look Different Than Dog People?

dogs can defend your property, cats cant defend your property.

Dogs are Great

Some cats like Siamese cats can be pretty formidable- I think the Egyptians used them to guard the palaces.
As far as dogs go, not all make good defenders either.

What about people who have both?


I have dogs, but I would get a cat if I had the room. Even though I love cats too, I am partial to dogs. But seriously, I think predominantly cat people all have that same look or energy to them.


Describe this look and energy, please.

I'm going to guess they look sleepy and sluggish but please do describe how you see them.


Well... please don't shoot me anyone, but it's the best way I can describe it. Cat owners look kinda witch-like to me, like a cross between a librarian and a witch.

Really I can believe what your saying because the two toms I have are keeping me up at night and litterally making me sick.

I think I'm actually allergic to them now, didn't used to be but I older now. I have all these little red spots on my feet and ankles where the little freaks are rubbing against me.

Hmmm, sounds like you're allergic. No? You might have to find them good homes elsewhere if that's the case.

My 25 pound Traditional Applehead Siamese snapped a rabid setter's neck, put a maladjusted terrier in hospital, and killed many diseased neighborhood strays. He also stood brave and aggressively asserted our territory along with his wife 5 feet away from 2 home invaders that were intent on destroying our door and doorframe.

They also respond fully to voice commands and conversation. They are faithful and strong. They are much more responsive than any dog I've ever owned. And I grew up with every other conceivable kind of animal.

A pinch of aluminum-free baking soda in a glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. It doesn't taste like anything but it will get your PH back to where it should be; alkaline.

When that happens, you'll get sick less and definitely lose many allergy symptoms (which are really fungal and microbial infections).

Don't have to believe me, but much worse has been from my own experience.

I've been spraying my feet with silver water/not colloidal silver. Tried spraying it in the house too but it doesn't even come close the the bleach water.

My Female Cat climbed up the Christmas Tree and got tangled up in all the lights at the top of the tree. The tree came toppling down, ornaments and all, what a mess. Then we had to cut her out of the string of lights to set her free.

i like dogs, but a dog is only your friend because he wants something, they are totally instinctive reward/punishment behavior, and dogs have dark cold eyes.
when a human dies sometimes their pet dogs will consume them, dogs will eat anything.
cats have bright human like eyes, cats will come to you for too snuggle, dogs dont.

Cat people like to claim their cats refuse to do tricks because they have a I'm-better-than-that attitude.

Have you ever considered that your cat is just way too stupid and doesn't have the intellect for it?

Why don't they use cat's for search and rescue?
For drug detection?
For hunting assistance?
For leading the blind?
For herding animals?
For elderly assistance?

Because they're numb.

Anyone ever noticed this? I can spot a cat person in two seconds flat. They all have that same look to me, but I'm not sure I can explain it. It just is.
