'We timed our protest just ahead of the Olympic Games as it is the right time to highlight the cause of Tibet,' said Lakpa Tenzin, chairman of the Tibetan Young Buddhist Association. 'We want China to guarantee religious freedom and human rights in Tibet.' The organizers also said they feared a renewed Chinese crackdown in Tibet once the games were over. |

The media have waited a long time for this opportunity to knock. The Red horse has been released and nothing will keep it in its stalls. All power to the innocent Chinese that have had to live under a dictatorship for far too long. Will we see another berlin wall come down? Let's wait and see.... I remember in 2000 the divine said to me "when the people of China are free, so will Tibet be free'. Lotus i love satan |
