Re: plz read -- browser problems.
Been having problems with GodLikeProductions.com AND Rawstory.com, neither load in IE, but both OK in Firefox and Opera.

Try my fix out above and please let me know how it works for you, takes about 1 minute to do.

OK I think I have the fix for IE7, it's not too complicated.

Go to tools > Internet options, menu will open. Go to Security tab.

Click on "Trusted sites" Add www.godlikeproductions.com and close. Returns to main menu.

Look lower in the menu in "Security level for this zone" Click "Custom level" menu opens. Scroll down to the "Scripting" area, first choice is "Active Scripting" Click on disable, hit OK.

You will return to Security menu. Click on "Internet".
Same procedure click custom level, scroll and disable active scripting.

Hit OK, should be good to go.

Please test and reply here.
Thanks, probably 20 seconds after I hit post, Sitemeter will have fixed it, lol.........;)

BTW I see everything on the site just fine, logged in, just no more Sitemeter counter at the bottom.

WORKS! yay!

for both GodLikeProductions and RawStory

Hint: dont forget to add the H T T P : / / to the site name in the trusted sites category that SHR described above.

Unfortunately with scripting turned off we can't click on any of the images below the message field to be placed in with text. I've been typing the tool tip text that appears when hovering over an image, typing it with the : before and and after.

Do lettuce know when we can turn scripting back on.

Re: plz read -- browser problems.
Just got back into GLP. Also had to download Firefox. I was using IE7. Worked fine until today.

I noticed that another conspiracy site did the same thing to me. IE7 would not let me access the webpage. Said..."Operation Aborted".

Breathing easier now that I know it is not my laptop.
Thanks for your post OP!

Same problem! Went to Firefox.

maybe glp should call sitemeter functions after the DOM initializes, use a DOM wrapper.

FF is a good browser, I usually don't use it, but I did tonight, lol.

Added a couple of things since I've probably e-mailed this 30 times already. Just gotta have the [link to ] in front of the url for the site when you add it in, and make sure the https box isn't clicked. Seems like peoples results are varying some though.

Go to tools > Internet options, menu will open. Go to Security tab.

Click on "Trusted sites" make sure the check box "require sever verification (https) is UN-CHECKED. Add [link to www.godlikeproductions.com]
and close. Returns to main menu.

Look lower in the menu in "Security level for this zone" Click "Custom
level" menu opens. Scroll down to the "Scripting" area, first choice is
"Active Scripting" Click on disable, hit OK.
