Anonymous Coward User ID: 79556493 United Kingdom 03/22/2024 08:35 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yes its horrific. Riley went missing on 03/08/24 which was International Women's Day. Quoting: WinterStone Irish History month was replaced on many sites including government sites with Women's Heritage History month. This worried me. The 22 year old was found on 22nd after missing for 2 weeks. I still don't believe it was accidental. Today is the 44th anniversary of the dedication of the Georgia Guide Stones. His credit card was found on St Patrick's Day by two women. Nope, I just don't think so. He was raised in Greene County. Too many patterned dates are raising red flags. The Hebrew date he went missing was the 29th of Adar I. The eclipse of 04/08/24 is on the 29th of Adar II.. He-Brew Clue: On 03/08/24 also celebrated was International Women's Collaboration Brew Day. No "He" in Brew. Riley as in rye.. Rye is used in beer. If this is isolated and all this is pointing to nothing then there are no worries. But if it's premeditated collaboration event then the second part of this will be on the 29th of Adar II. They also said his favorite color is green and his mom was wearing a green sweatshirt at the presser |

I don’t think that’s a coincidence. He could have radioed to Masonic partners he has a live target. Aren’t the police all Masons usually? Police are always super eager to wrap these cases up too without investigation. “Accidental death by drowning”. Always the same pattern. Put them in a river to wash away evidence and easily call it accidents. I know from researching murder cases to look closely at the last people seeing them alive. Thoughts? Thankfully, however, I'm not a conspiracy theorist. That is something TPTB would absolutely do to communicate among themselves so they can avoid the danger before it happens. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 76626240 Canada 03/22/2024 09:01 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Is it just me or does it seem like the amount of resources used to find bodies seem like way to much? Why do we have the urge to find a dead body so bad? The soul leaves to a better place (for most) at the moment of death. What is left is just rotting muscle, tissue and such. This is from an earlier article, look how much work was put in then... "The US Army Corps of Engineers shut a dam off in the river on Wednesday and boats equipped with sonar were in the water on Thursday" "The parked barges collect debris around them, so we are going through the barge debris fields as well as keeping an eye on the river" Not to mention the many hundreds of volunteers. At least his family has closure though, his mother is definitely hurting inside. Well enough closure for a funeral until they find out what happened. His soul is in a much better place, he's one with the cosmos for all of eternity. This world has become so sh*tty it's pretty much physically impossible to not end up in a better place. Most want to leave this burning cesspool behind and no longer fight nor cling to life as everyone once did not to long ago. RIP, we shall all meet again in due time. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81202936 He could've passed out, some bum found him, took his card but realized he could never get away with using it, so he rolled Riley off into the river and left the card on the bank of the river. Just doesn't make sense his card would be lying on the ground like that. Sure. someone decided they would get caught using a credit card so they didn't but then decided to commit murder to cover up a crime they didn't commit in the first place. BRILLIANT! More likely he was handed his card back as he was kicked out and he fumbled around with it and didn't or couldn't get it back into his wallet so he carried it in his hand and dropped it as he drunkenly staggered through the woods. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 80121146 United States 03/28/2024 08:01 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Sorry, I just have to share this story this made me remember. When my daughter was in school, she went to this little school that was on a dead end road named "No Bob Road". I thought it was an unusual name for a road, and my daughter and I would joke about how they came up with the name. Anyway, one day I picked her up and she goes "I know why the road is named No Bob." At the end of the dad end road, is a creek that crosses a farm. The farmer would cross on his tractor. So apparently years ago there was a really bad storm that caused a flood. Some teenagers went down to look at the now flooded creek. One of them slipped and fell in. They looked for him for hours, days. With each group of searchers returning down that road just shaking their heads saying "No Bob". Guess the kids name was Bob.. We never made fun of the road name again. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 14896124 United States 03/28/2024 08:04 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Admittedly, I have not been following this case. But if I had to guess, I'd say he was roofied, then he started acting weird at the bar so they threw him out, and then someone followed him or came across him and took advantage of the situation. It's also possible that he did a bunch of things unknowingly while drugged and before finally passing out. Like he could have taken out his bank card and dropped it, or he could've started undressing himself and his card fell out, or perhaps someone came across him already passed out, rifled through his clothes, the bank card gets taken/falls out, and the clothes are left somewhere on the street where someone homeless picks them up. If he didn't have water in his lungs, he obviously died not via drowning, so someone had to have put his dead body in the water. Someone may have come across him on the street and assumed he was just some random homeless guy -- sometimes homeless people get attacked just because they're homeless and easy targets, and the attacker figures no one else will care. At any rate, it sure seems like there is someone out there who knows what happened and/or who moved this poor guy's body. In the photo of him walking that was caught on some security camera and flashed on the news, it looked like he was bent over, and his posture looked strange. I thought maybe it looked like someone who had been drugged...unless that's just how he normally walked? It looked odd, though. |

Just west of Luke Bryant’s bar. It is difficult to get to the river from where he went. I don’t think anyone impaired would head to water. The news has had reports on for months about the increasing number of people being drugged at the downtown honky tonks. i have followed the SFK since 1997 when I lived in the midwest. We had another male go missing Dakota Bingham 1/22 found in river. There was a smiley face near where he was last seen. Smiley faces are not the norm here. There was also a young man thrown out of a bar and subsequently beaten into a coma by a bouncer outside. Austin Turner 5/5/24. Nashville is not a safe place anymore. We no longer go downtown as locals. Cops told not to interfere with tourists. Drugs sold on streets outside Broadway bars. Prostitution, theft, mugging etc. Cars are being broke into and stolen. East Nashville and North Nashville are the rough parts and the characters from there have easy access to the tourists. A woman was raped in broad daylight after being pulled into a parking garage off Broadway. Stay away if you value your life. |

User ID: 86361832 United States 03/28/2024 08:45 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I was expecting they'd find him in the water eventually. Austin, TX this seemed to happen like 1-2 times a year. College-aged guy goes missing from the bar area downtown, usually after a music festival, and eventually shows up in the lake (river). I think one such case in Austin they claimed the guy hadn't even been drinking. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 14896124 I recently read a thread elsewhere where people told their stories about being roofied, who knew that was so prevalent. (Not to say that's what happened in this particular case.) Lots of the stories were from people traveling for work who had a drink in the hotel bar. Some were couples out together, the husband woke up like 12 hours later in the hotel room, the wife woke up 12 hours later on a gurney in a hospital hallway. One college guy woke up at the hospital with no wallet, no phone, no id. Another guy had finished a drink meant for a female he was out with, only to get roofied. Some people managed to drive home only to be found in their car in the driveway hours later with no memory of how they got there. One guy dropped his phone and bent to get it, and that was the only moment he remembered leaving his drink unguarded. One woman was at a bar with her boyfriend for some event for the boyfriend (like his baseball team celebrating or something) and knew every person at the bar including the bartender and still woke up in a car belonging to a friend's husband. Happens in Chicago too. That toxicology will be revealing but I would suspect they would not admit to any foul play cuz economics you know. Possible he voluntarily or involuntarily injested something, however, how he made it in the river is a big unknown. Agreed. And as others have said, you really have to work pretty hard at it to “fall” into the Cumberland in the downtown area. Guessing he was deposited there. Within the surreal depths of "reality" lies the truth. |

While Nashville has certainly grown very quickly and downtown has more people, more bars and more ruckus than ever before, it is still relatively safe by comparison to other large city entertainment districts. Granted, there are bad people everywhere you go these days, but if one sticks to the populated areas where the police patrol (and doesn’t do stupid shit like pick fights, vandalize, hang out at the homeless camp under the bridge doing drugs or some other illegal idiocy), the chances of being harmed “randomly” are almost zero compared to, say, New Orleans. Or any other “party town” I can think of. Our son is quite the “socializer” and loved hanging out there when in town (pre-girlfriend) but he learned long ago to always go with friends, stick to the safe areas, and always have a designated (rotating) sober person in tow. They are all pretty large guys so don’t get bothered much anyway, but they follow this protocol any time they’re out partying (regardless of where) and it works. Nashville is by far safer than most though. Within the surreal depths of "reality" lies the truth. |
