In the video, it sounds like the car is still running, wheels burning rubber inside the hospital.
If so, it has the fingerprints of another vaccident.
Had it been a terror attack, the jihadi would have taken his foot off the gas pedal and emerged with a gun or bomb to finish the job.

If the CPR that failed to revive the one person killed, was performed on the driver, I think we have the answer to the riddle.

I've seen a huge -like ten fold- increase in "drive thru" accidents to homes and businesses since the vax rolled out.

At least they didn't have to go far for medical treatment.

Yup spike protein clot to the brain maybe... they were probably on the way to the hospital to get help for it and while driving there it got worse
