The hard stuff. That's how I cope holidays, going on 30+ years by now. You still need to pace yourself. I've never witnessed any nuclear meltdowns yet, just mini meltdowns. I've heard about plenty of them, though. Company Christmas parties mainly. Just had ours and it's officially one year without an accident. But, seriously, make plans for a sober driver. Or a taxi.
