Real low tones and soothing words wickedly willing please peoples potential.if you get what i mean.a thesauris is your friend.but its best to use single syllable words and o or a vowell words.not e sounds.the soft low words.starting with s or w if you get what i mean.

I like the Solfeggio Frequencies, I sleep better. real or mental? all I know is i sleep better and wake up with more energy, that works for me.

they are called soft words.soft words implant or entrain on the brain subliminally more easily.
Soft words are less likely to spike adrenaline.
Adrenaline disrupts subliminal programming.
Words usually that are soft- sure,sum,where,what,when.push
Hard words are like save,people,please,pain,
The more syllable used,the harder it is to implant the message-religion,persperation,antagonize,reconstitute.

Ryming using the same leading letter helps entrain the brain also.thus why rap is a very effective too at brainwashing.

I try to stay away from youtube. there's plenty of them on rumble.

I've tried these types of things before but never really noticed any benefit.

I have landed upon one or two though that ended up with demonic humming sounds, thus ending my relaxation lol.

Isn't this doing exactly that? They play different tones for each ear and the combnined tone meets in the middle (by your brain translating it, right?

Binaural beats do nothing for me but make me nauseous. Isochronic tones, on the other hand, definitely help me focus during tasks like cleaning or even reading. Check out Jason Lewis on YouTube if you haven't yet. His house music works best for me.
