I thought it was BS until I met mine, during an astral escapade. She was not incarnated at this time, and she chose to greet me in the form of a very old woman, probably so I wouldn't get any ideas and try to hump her on the spot.

She knows me so well.

Anyway, when I met her I immediately had the inner knowing that she was "my other half", and that I am actually a split being. We united and became the One being we were before splitting for a moment, and then we split up again and wnet our separate ways.

Weird shit for sure. But yes, I do believe in Twin Flames. I just think 99.99 % of people who think they met them are full of shit.

I don't but I've met quite a bit of couples who get alot of fulfillment, novelty, and meaning out of their belief in that myth. That's all that matters. Belief is all myth, thats why it's belief.

Seems more like an ultra-annoying way to put other people's experiences down by falsely elevating your own, or to put unreasonable expectations on your partner.

The concept has been hijacked from the authentic and made to seem to be something it's not. Just like everything else in this world.
