Bolon-Yokte was a mayan god associated w/ creation, war, destruction, conflict, underworld, renewal. Some translations state Bolon-Yokte will descend out of the sky. How those 5 lines got twisted into 'end of world' or mass deaths I think is applying Western doomsday apocalyptic ideas to Mayan thinking.

I think the only Western correlation w/ the 2012 Mayan prophecy is Fifth Trumpet of Revelation. Revelation 9:1-11 reads of a star falling from heaven to earth & was given the key to the bottomless pit. Likewise Bolon-Yokte will descend from heaven to earth & this god is associated w/ underground (bottomless pit?). "And they had as king over them the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, but in Greek his name is Apollo." Bolon-Yokte could also be associated w/ Abaddon since they're both spirits of destruction - Abaddon means "The Destroyer", similar to Bolon-Yokte's role.

Personally, I THINK this is all talking about a possession of a famous leader on Earth. There won't be a massive end of world event. There will be something "not right" or "off" w/ a world leader after Dec 21st, 2012.

All right, that was my first attempt at carving stuff on trees, it's a birch tree, about 30 years old I'd guess, located in a park in Moscow. Small and poorly made carving, and I've only now noticed that it misses two strokes. You didn't specify what tree is better and what size and how deep it should be carved. I tried to make a better and bigger one when I was approached by two cops, one was literally riding a white horse(how funny is that?) and I was told to get off that park or they'd arrest me for damaging public property. Too bad I've only read your post at the end of the weekend, so I didn't have much time, if needed and if location isn't important I'd go into the woods outside of Moscow and make a better carving, although I'd probably be busy at work untill very late so I'll have to wait till next weekend. As of a graveyard thing, I guess it's more powerful, but I've looked up the grave of a dissident whose assassination was ordered by putin and it's almost entirely paved, little patches of the floor that aren't paved are under snow now and they are basically outside of the grave itself, closer to the neighboring grave, besides there are security guards close to it. Local drugdealers love to use graveyards as a place to leave drug packeges for their clients so security will immediately come when they'd see someone digging snow between graves, I wouldn't even have a chance to finish, it's not even about politics.
Would drawing this symbol on a paper or carving it on a piece of wood and leaving it on a grave work?
