Actually this link was pretty informative. Most people wont read it. It shows the risk factor for athletes and cardiac death.

The average rate with all categories combined is a risk factor of 1 in 50,000 for cardiac death. For men it is 1 in 37,000 and for women their risk is 1 in 120,000.

Now someone who is good compare those figures with the amount of deaths we have seen the last few years. It would take compiling as many of these deaths as possible since cardiac death itself is not subjective, only the cause for death.
