Ok instead of bitching, i will just ask a question relevant to the topic and we will see.

These unwanted, negative and toxic parts, where to start if they are buried deep? How do you associate them to an image? Do you use your thoughts to follow the process of moving them into the compost pile? Most important: how do you make the compost pile? I mean, how do you convince yourself this will work as intended, and is not just some inner fantasy?

So you created a shit demon?

Will this help with OCD?

Put the thought there and picture it decomposing and a flower growing on it?

I've always had an intuitive sense about the 'shadow people' - that they are the 'spiritual composters' or the 'energetic composters'. They have a Plutonic/Hadean energy - like maggots, pill bugs, cockroaches - feeding off of dark, negative energies. They reside in a realm of death, transformation, destruction and thus renewal.

Some ponderings, copied and pasted from one of my journal entries:

'the polarity of good/bad, positive/negative, light/dark - it's important to respect polarity as necessary and valuable:
"While we in our culture have generally deemed the light to be “good” and the shadow “evil” (just watch any Hollywood movie ever, it’s always about “good vs evil”), neither are actually superior or inferior, they are simply expressions of duality itself and give birth to the very nature of our human existence. Here's my take on it - it's a lot like gardening - we take rotting scraps of food to compost their energy. Cockroaches, worms, maggots - all these 'negative' creatures are necessary and they all help in the decomposition process. Because of these 'shadow' creatures, working behind the scenes and doing the unpleasant task of transforming rotting filth - we are then left with a rich compost that feeds new life, that brings forth fresh vegetables, fruits, flowers - feeding off the light (sunshine) and the dark (composted soil).

I look at feelings/emotions/energy the same way - our 'shadow' feelings of stress, anger, despair, depression - it's unpleasant but is a process - it is necessary for our spiritual growth.

On that note: " Don't forget you're trapped in a decaying body, on a giant floating rock in the middle of infinite black space and literally no one knows why."

That said, I always strive towards a higher, lighter, brighter vibration. I try to keep my emotional state the same way I try to keep my home. I do daily house cleaning. Getting rid of the clutter. Opening the blinds to let in the light. Opening the windows to let in fresh air. I don't allow filth to accumulate. I tidy up and clean. I don't let dirty dishes, scum or stagnant water sit in my sinks. I try to infuse my home with positive imagery, smells, sounds and other vibrations.

To your point on surrendering a part of yourself - that is negative, or as some say 'doing shadow work' - I think there's some merit to that. I would equate more to relinquishing the shadow to a higher power (like God, as is done in the 'Serenity Prayer').

God forbids witchcraft (wizards) I doubt His angels are participating in your rebellion against God.

Seriously…you’re telling people to be like the garden because DIRT and decay feed off garbage?

1. Garbage, insects, worms …aren’t “negative” things.

2. Garbage, insects, worms… are THINGS not feelings, ideas or shadows. So comparing the two for some kind of foundational practice is utterly ridiculous.

3. Even IF you could make a one-to-one correlation between garbage and shadow people (lol) … you’re telling people to be like a garden. Really?

We are human beings with deep spiritual connections to Father God. Not dirt in a garden.

4. Even IF your ridiculous theory had a thread of truth to it…how would being like a garden correlate with spiritual ascension or create internal shifting toward true connection with God? Just because of the word “grow?”

Because all sorts of decaying and immoral things “a grow” too. Mold, deadly bacteria, poisonous plants…all the way to non-physical things like social deviancy, mental decay, lies, and depression.

You speak of keeping things clean and tidy in your life…yet you tell people to allow growth of decay into their inner most being… because somehow, it’ll magically transform to something “positive” all on its own? Rot begets beauty? Go back to item #3 & 4 if you’re still not getting it.

What you “teach” is NEW AGE doctrine.
- Moral relativism.
- Good is evil. And evil is good.
- Do not judge the bad, instead embrace it.
- To embrace the dark…which is one of their favorite teachings too. They want people to celebrate the filth within them. Filth festers & becomes pus and rot.

These are nothing but lies and deceptions.


We are ALL accountable for every lie and deception we spread.
Maybe not today. But someday. And usually that someday is soon.

And that especially includes greenkarm-farmers like GLP has been over run with for the last few years.

Sounds like you found all the answers you need then and this thread serves no purpose for you.

So... a teacher explained to me that I ought to make an "internal compost pile", and surrender to it any part of myself that I somehow didn't want, or know how to deal with...they will break down and become food for future growth.

I used this idea habitually for years... though the process evolved.

I realized that this technique had (almost) all of the the elements of the alchemical process. As I continued to use this, I began to dredge my mind and memory for things to put through the process. In short, demons began to fall out of the process... it took some years before I understood the dynamic interactions that were taking place.

Wow what a zinger! You sure did put me in my place!

And so it is by divine design we all will be returning here for many human lifetimes of learning to grow up to greater wisdom and benevolent maturity, to treating each other with more caring, understanding, and kindness.

Only by having lived lifetimes in different cultures, countries, and skin colors will we be compassionate to all and not be racists.

Only by having lived lifetimes as a male person and lifetimes as a female person will we be compassionate to both genders and not be sexists.

What we say and how we behave and react now mirrors the wisdom and maturity accumulated from all those past lifetimes here.

What an amazing human adventure we bravely and passionately signed up for when in our true home and not in the human form.

An extremely challenging adventure of solving the puzzle of what we truly are and why we are here. To go from purposely disconnected from God and then see if we could work our way to return to being in Oneness with God.

Oneness of love, compassion, benevolence, and joy.

And only by uncovering what we truly are will we truly know what God is.

What does it truly mean that we are created in God’s image and that the Kingdom of God is within us.

Behind what we call spirituality, grace, and miracles is advance energies and advance physics.

We all have experienced some of those advance energies such as love, compassion, benevolent, and joy. Though we think of them as simply human emotions, they are far more complex than that. They are some of the highest vibration multi-dimensional quantum energies and far more that interestingly is our cloaked true nature, waiting patiently for each us to uncover and embrace at our own personal pace or not at all courtesy of free will.
