Which two guys on the world stage can say that right now? Trump and Barry. But they split their love down the middle of their respective parties. Thus, the Anti Christ will probably be someone else, and he will rule the internet because he will have world wide abilities to contact people, in all the different languages. (Now that religion will also be a theocracy over many nations.) He must be of Hebrew heritage,(which most of those people are not). He will come from Syria or very near that nation of the World, ( again excluding most of those listed). During his rise to power, He will be mortally wounded by a sword and miraculously survive.
