I think China and India is the heart of the BRICS. If China can't move on India will. Both are neutrally align to stop Western stolen tax payers money and gold from enslavement and taking over more countries. BRICS is pretty much anti-that. China not being a puppet and unaligned with the West is the reason the world is more stable from a dystopian slave nightmare. Until then, people will be wishing China hijack more US secret technology and release them for public usage.
