This sort of synchronized arson sounds satellitey to me. A smart arsonist would stagger the ignitions. Even if I'd deployed 100 arson teams, I don't see what's to be gained from coordinated timing. The fire takes some time to get going; it takes awhile for the Public Safety Heroes to detect it and respond and extinguish.

Ammonium nitrate isn't used as an accelerant. Mix it with diesel fuel and it'll go boom. A half-liter of plain old unleaded would be a fine accelerant, but that's assuming an accelerant was used. Under the right conditions, a simple cigarette butt will do the job.

i live there, i was evacuated , storm passes and clear skyies after. before you see fire from space it needs to be really really really big. Like 5 km wide fire at least, Our fire was 20 km in length when i got evacuated. I thank the rain, the army and firefighters for the tuff hard work in the last couple days. got my house back
