Quoting: Anonymous Coward 85497022 No potions or products. The info has been available for a long time. Best part is the past 5 years, where I watch youthening and healing of major trauma. I won't go on unless anyone really would try. It helps to be young in the first place. You don’t look 22 at 62 years old so just stop. Post a pic confirming so. |

Deep massage with fingernails to prevent sebaceous clogging. 5A- Dermabrasion and Shaving- "Hard" washing of skin stimulates skin growth and repair, and collagen underneath. Shaving keeps skin firm if regularly shaved close. Avoid moisturizers! Tiny amount of pure lanolin will absorb into the skin and not hurt anything. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 82577770 United States 06/08/2023 12:49 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | No you won’t. They will make you nuts, especially todays young women, you will be second to their phone. Early 40’s woman in good shape is what you want, they know the drill , can have their shit together, and love sex |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 20801665 United States 06/08/2023 12:52 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The OP is correct. I have been on a journey for the last 2 years. I’m also early 60’s. I now weigh in at 170lbs, 6’4 and a BMI of 20 and change. Diet is the key, and working out a bit. I have the body of a 25 year old me. My face, not so much. Lol. |

But if you could pass for 40s up close, from 40 feet away, you probably could pass for 20s. A lot of this about body change seen as "normal", resulting mostly from prolonged over-feeding. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 85940179 South Africa 06/08/2023 12:53 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I turn 52 this year and look 40. Physically I'm exactly the same as I was at 30. I take NO medication and I drink very moderately. I don't over eat and I do a physically demanding job and have plenty muscle, NO fat and I'm physically stronger than the 25 year Olds I work with. I am NEVER sick or off work and I never say I'm feeling bad. My mental positivity keeps me going. That said, there simply is nothing wrong with me and I haven't been to a doctor since 2012. |

I missed a lot of sun exposure working nights for years, so might have saved some aging on that. I don't use any sunscreen. But skin keeps getting firmer now with more sun. This part seems to be working opposite of the recommendations. Vitamin D is good. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 79717021 United States 06/08/2023 01:36 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'm 42, and probably could pass for older due to the grey hair. Son says when I get a close crop hair cut that I look early 30's, but I'm fairly muscular...weight about 230ish and hair some fat because I'm not trying to look ripped/cut. I can out lift and out work most everyone in the gym. Sometimes the "kids" come and watch me! I agree that working out, staying fit, and having between 12-18% body fat is about the best way to stay looking younger. I just have bad genetics and will be totally grey in the next 5 years. |
