I Turn 62 today, but look 22. Should I offer advice?

A good mental attitude is needed. Don’t know though about someone in their 60s looking like they are in their 20s. Do know many young people who look old though. Go ahead and tell us what you do.

By the mid point of puberty, your baby fat should be evened out and a healthy frame established.

Corollary to No.1 is that we're designed to run a little hungry and hunger is no reason to forget how to be satisfied with little.

True. Being hungry is not a bad thing. Too many people emotionally eat. They feel empty inside and just gorge themselves.
