History was mostly used as a narrative to push a particular religious, political, or moral point. We have returned to that with the rise of the leftists and the collapse of the west. |

Sure I went along with the narrative most of my life but as a young boy how every living creature could fit on one boat during the flood for forty days and the answer was dont question God its similar to politics today. Money power greed creates bad things so screw history interesting but only partially true. |

But regarding this particular subject — human slavery — there comes a point where you’ve got to admit that it’s just plain wrong, and there’s no getting around that no matter how many excuses certain Southerners want to try to make for it. |

As four slave States remained in the Union, and a fifth, West Virginia, was created after the Emancipation Proclamation, how was slavery a casus belli? And look up the Corwin Amendment, it blows your theory out of the water. There's a man in a white house with blood on his mouth! If there's Knaves in the North, there are braves in the South. We are three thousand horses, and not one afraid; We are three thousand sabres and not a dull blade. :78g: |

Lincoln wasn't trying to serve the Slavs, but he needed the Uber powerful Russian Navy to help them out, so he came up with "emancipation proclamation" which was an exact copy, in honor, or tribute to Russia Navy so they'd help... That's right...Russia is to thank for the freed slaves in the US.. |
