Hey CAPMAN. Found you via Rollo's updates.

One thing to consider is that the previous couple winters before this last one had serious hard sun and drought. So much so that by early May there was no snowpack.

Ground was parched and run-off didn't really have a chance.

This winter is different but the sun is still hard as evidenced in the east with their 'flash drought'. Moisture of any kind is flash evaporated - so inflow numbers may not be off.

That said they could be off.
