2015 I had my first sleep paralysis experience and had the shadow beings try to pull my soul out . I would wake up with scratches all over my body. I was possessed by them for years until I prayed to god, universe whatever was good and used white sage and then an opposite beings removed them and hung around me for a week explaining the universe through mind speak. I could not see them but felt them right next to me it was amazing . Pure peace and tranquility and content. Basically good and evil are the base unit of measure of everything and you can’t have one without the other .and you seek out what side you want to be with.

OP you should check out The Confessionals podcast. Tony has many people on telling their stories about the same thing and everyone’s story is so similar . It can help you figure out some answers and hopefully get rid of them. For me it’s a constant battle to keep them away so it’s not like once gone always gone , they will keep trying to oppress you .

The Old Ones aren't demons.

They existed before the creation of Brahma/Yaldabaoth.

It was Yaldabaoth/Brahma that created Demons and Archons to serve within his game.

Demons are scared of those that are below them. Terrified.
