was a grocery store that I usually shop for meat. I grabbed a couple produce items and notices cauliflower for $3.99, so I grabbed a nice big one. I nearly gagged when it was weighed and rang up at over $11 !!!!! It was $3.99/lb not each... I told said cashier to remove it and didn't buy. I have since noticed that most other local groceries either don't have cauliflower or it's price per pound in +$3. Must be a bad crop this year of something else... ???

Just my opinion, nothing scientific, but Baltimore and DC are the places I would hope never to visit or pass through again.

Philly and Chicago, meh, I have never had any problems to speak of.
