Jackson, ms. I live in a suburb outside of Jackson but work inside of Jackson and it’s a warzone. Jackson has no trash pickup services, water barely works if at all, electricity always going down. The once paved streets are now completely disentigrated with massive potholes. You hear gunfire non stop. Its truly a 3rd world country. You have to see it to believe it but you better think twice because you may not make it out alive.

I've been to Boston and it's not too bad in the general tourist area, but yeah Roxbury is bad. Don't go to Roxbury, and it's mostly all blacks. So I wonder why it's not nice.
