Pain comes and it goes. It is just one component to the grand cycle of life. And when experienced as such, pain can serve as an important teacher. It is when we get stuck in our pain that it becomes detrimental to our well-being and development.

If you notice that you feel closed-off, resentful, heavy-hearted, or that you try very hard to avoid being hurt again, there may be a part of you that is still stuck in pain.

We can get stuck in our pain for many reasons. As children, it was natural for us to cry, throw a tantrum, and let the experience move through us. By fully feeling our pain in this way, our emotions would wash us clean, leaving us open and available to new experiences.

Hi Wasayo, i liked your article about the pain-pleasure cycle.
To me they are both temporal, beyond this cycle exists lasting happiness.

I agree with you (always, lol), Darza.

For me personally, the goal is to go *beyond both pain and pleasure*... the "yes/no toggle-switch stage" of consciousness ~ into pure Being.

For me personally, this means *being Abundance* not seeking abundance ~ being Love, not seeking love.

As it's taught in the East, "neti, neti"... the Middle Path ~ neither "this", nor "that".

*All things pass into time.*

All 3-D things, thoughts, emotions, whatevah... are temporary. This is why they are called *maya* (illusion).

For those interested, Darza has commented and me too, on Pages 1685-1686 of Divinity's lightworkers thread.

Thread: Calling LIGHTWORKERS! A Meeting Place ! (Page 1686) [See Page 1685 too.]

As I see it, the lightworkers' challenge now is to "neti, neti"... and to *empower* themselves by lighting their own fire ~ or not. Is the lightworker thread a house built on sand... or will it survive? Fascinating for sure. Wasayo
