On forgiveness of others, i know of a method to practice it.
I make a list and put on it everyone i hate, dislike or have problems with. I then send energy/love to the list daily. Sometimes they change, sometimes they do not change, if they do not change i have to accept. Either way it removes the anger from my mind.
