This is very interesting. I did not know about the vinegar. I think I'll stick to the meditation because I feel that whatever is there, is there naturally. That the mind is the most powerful tool to affect change, inwardly. I am growing to understand this more as I use it :). I know you are too.

But how is the vinegar working? I have a friend who uses vinegar every once in awhile, just drinking water and a vinegar mix (with something else... maybe lemon) for a week to cleanse her system. It makes her very happy and she is a very, very physically healthy woman :).

About the vinegar, all i can say life is forcing me to take it because of personal clues, i already took it before i heard of decalcifying the pineal gland...i have zero proof it works, just an urge to do it.

When i first took it i hesitated because of the taste, but people kept on bringing botles of it. Then i tried it and asked my body its opinion. I let my control over the body go and just observe what happens. In this case my body gave two thumbs up.
