Great thread! I have been working on these very things you talk about. To be present in the moment brings about a huge peaceful feeling and a feeling we all are one. Its hard to sustain though for long because we are thinking about the past and future so much.
THrough some difficult health problems I am not able to be very active. This has given me a great gift, learning that just being is sometimes enough. That`s all we have to do is just be. We are all a masterpiece piece of the universe. Become aware of your place in the universe and just be. ITs a amazing feeling. :)
