The hours leading up to the Disseminating Moon generally is an accelerated and busy time of last minute preparation that leads into the birth point in the lunar cycle, the time of bearing the fruit of the cycle, of claiming its gift.

Our Manifesting Moon of April 24 resides in late sidereal Scorpio and lies over the Altar of the Centaur and the potent Ara X-ray source V821.

The mythical image here is of the Centaur placing Lupus the beast, with conscious deliberation, upon the Centaur's sacrificial altar.

V821 in Ara is an x-ray emitting & fluctuating binary star. This is a collapsed object (like an old neutron star) that accretes matter, and thus had been placed in the Black Hole model by astronomers and had for a long time been called the Ara Black Hole. V821 accretes emotion for consummation in the Centaur's Pyre. Here we must place, with conscious deliberation, any long standing grief, guilt, anger, and any other emotion (especially self-judgment related), our neural knots of blockage, upon the Altar of the Centaur for our transmutation. North from the Sting of the Scorpion drips the transmuting elixir (the often harsh lessons of life), upon the Altar. This act is essential to experience the actual neurological transmutation made possible here, and that leads to our greater self-mastery and fulfillment: the mastery exemplified by Ophiuchus, who stands over the Scorpion and this entire scene. If we are not ready to surrender and relinquish our antiquated emotional baggage, we are held back and continue to experience upsets, diversions, and even traumatic and catastrophic events in our lives.

This sacrificial rite, occurring at the end of sidereal Scorpio, under its sting, and upon the low Altar of the Centaur, precedes movement to the high Altar, which resides in early Sagittarius, and where upon lies our Galactic Center--and which leads to the subsequent passage through the Gate of God (5° sidereal Sag)--which is currently guarded and opened only by autonomous Pluto.

The Last Quarter Moon creates our "inner need to initiate change" in the lunar cycle as we move into the cycle's last and transitional quarter.

Last Quarter Moon occurs on April 28 in the middle of sidereal Capricorn and exactly conjoins the "the Hyperborean Cusp of the Heptanomis."

Mid-Capricorn marks the beginning of where the "constellation" of Aquarius begins, thus, the energetics of both Aquarius and Capricorn overlap in the second half of sidereal Capricorn and create a shift from the more personally focus, covert and exclusive nature of early Capricorn to the more inclusive and mature nature of latter Capricorn.

A principle resonance occurs here at the start of the Capricorn-Aquarius overlap created by the Hyperborean Cusp of the Heptanomis. What the heck is that you might wonder. This is the polar location occurring early on in Earth ~25,000-year precessional cycle (in the reversed direction of Earth's pole through the eclipitc) that marks the start of the second of seven heavens, the second day of creation, that is, the second epoch in our current evolutionary cycle of the soul. This is where Earth's pole tilts at the perfect angle of incidence away from the plane of galactic light such that the Light of Source begins to refract, disperse, and fragment into rainbow colored rays. (Hyper means to move away from, while Borean is from Borealis, which means the most northern and magnetically charged galactic location in Earth's precessional cycle). This ecliptical location in mid-Capricorn creates a divine divisioning into new and unique paths of soul expression, a divisioning into soul complements.

Back on the Earth plane (and in the normal direction of planetary movement) the issue of Trust arises at this location in sidereal Capricorn. Here lies our need to participate by trusting in the paths of our souls and in the spirit force guiding us rather than to participate from decisions made from our limited egoic selves that think they know better but that only see the deceiving physical facades we ware upon the incarnate stage of life. Here is where we are asked to shift from fear-driven motive to "trust."
