But some companies add some bad things to the flour
Or somz other companies sell frozen bread and pastries to bakers who just warm these «things» and sell them at the price of a craftsman baker

the temperature for your bread
You make sure to keep your oven at 250 degree celsius for 45 minute
And then when you put the bread 225 degree during 40-45 minute it depend how you like the bread
But l suggest 45 because white bread is not good for digestion

Where can you find the best macarons to buy online, not necessarily with only ganache filling because I like buttercream too. I would like to buy some good handmade not factory made in China macarons.

I would really like to find the traditional tete de la neg!o pastry but because of the name it probably no longer exists. It was chocolate meringue shells with coffee buttercream holding them together and around the outside, and the whole thing covered with chocolate sprinkles.

In the meantime I search for macarons.

There is something in france that maybe you can not understand in other countries because it is different from where you live

But in france, there are people who make food, or fruit jam or they fish in the ancient manner or they pick up mushrooms in special places in france

And these people they have a method and a quality of product that no one can have

Of course they do not use the last electric oven or they do not have big machines to take the fruits

But what they do is recognized and they do not care about the quantity they sell to clients

They know of they sell quantity the quality will be less good.

It work like this in france but it will not last very long if the economy stay like this!
