What is the best wood to use if so? Oak or something else? Not gas or electric? Yes i use a wood oven it is very old and it can not be moved since it is a part of the bakery which is an ancient house in my city For the wood oak or beech for me some other use Ash wood Thank you for the answer and thank you for holding TRUE to the old ways.
