The only disagreement is she paid for one scooter and tried to steal the second one. You know she was in the wrong otherwise she wouldn't have minded staying for the police to sort it out.

She is lucky, those store owners should have had pepper spray, a tazer and a gun to cover all situations. If they would have pepper sprayed her in the face she would have let go of that scooter, if not, taze her. It's funny the whole time she was saying to let go of her.
