No UTI or something that might be affecting your mental health? I live hours away from my brother that is dealing with an infection that has him so out of character he is like someone we don't know. He is slowly coming around to medical help. |

Pick up a King James Bible and read it beginning to end, accept Jesus Christ as Saviour, pray often. They call it being born again because we go from being lost empty sheep, to being full of meaning and hope greater then ourselves. When we chase vanity and sex and glory among men it only brings emptiness and sin. When we learn to share the bread of life which is the Word of Christ, and do charity and love our neighbours we find much greater meaning and true life. Tons of people are regulars and like to make friends to talk with, especially seniors. If you are older, you can seek out the Senior center or you can volunteer at the local Food Bank. If no Mcdonalds around, then a diner or truck stop. |

Most churches don't use priests or have "confessionals". Simply...Find a church or look up the phone number of one. Just pick one. It's a starting point. That will lead to other things. Just make one movement - one effort to show the direction you want to go. Walk in the door or make a call. The rest will follow in the timing and in the way that is best for you. Be brave. Your problem of indifference and being unable to make a decision is your call to make a change. Make a decision to ask for help. Start there. Best time to walk into a church is on Sunday morning. There will be LOTS of people there to offer you help. Trust the process. You'll get help. |

Two of my other favorites are David Goggins and Lewis Howes. Look them both up on YouTube, they have tons of very motivational videos that have helped me so many times when I was stuck in a mental rut. I totally get where you're at op. Also, a B-complex vitamin might help you. I started taking them two months ago and my mind shifted into a more positive motivated direction a few weeks later. Hang in there op. Here's an excellent video of Lewis Howes interviewing David Goggins. PS. I'm not implying you're lazy by posting this video. I actually don't understand why they gave the video this title.
