I think it is because Japs always try to trick they are completely about race first they will lie and cheat anyone if it means they can help another Jap, except when they are cheating other Japs, but Japs always blame the whole “its not me it’s Japan’ if its them and then also like the whole thing of ‘It is not Japan it is just me, Japanese people arem’t like this even though I am Japanese and I am like this”. When you point out a Jap did something and another Jap did something and that Japanese people do this the Japs will say “But this is not uniquely Japanese” but it is, like their cheating and swindling nature and smiling about it and pretending everything is calm, or their killing and raping and looting in WW2 and they will even say “But the Japanese invasion and killing and raping and looting in WW2 isn’t really a Japanese problem” but of course it is Japanese. Around Japs never Relax.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR GABA.

It was acquired by NOVA not long ago, and they have dismantled nearly all of Gaba's features, and frankly, what made it a great learning medium, and a nice place to work at.

If they haven't told you yet, from April instructors will have to PAY for cancelling booked lessons, up to ¥1400 PER LESSON, regardless of the reason.

Got sick and will need two weeks off? Your problem, here's a ¥150.000 off your next paycheck.

Previously there were counselors to help the clients achieve goals, suggest instructors, and help you with lesson issues. Counselors are now all but gone.

You could approach your Instructor Support Leader (ISL) to close a lesson directly (booked or unbooked), but now you can't. You can't call the school either. If the ISL is not available you have to find an Area Manager to call.

GABA was a pretty good place to work until mid-2022. It has been pillaged.

No one will mention that NOVA looted the funds that GABA had in escrow to refund lesson points, even for clients that haven't taken a lesson in ages - they were obligated to keep them.
