I live on oahu; this is a big nothingburger. They bring that big expensive golf ball out to sea all the time.
If they put it 200+ miles offshore there may be a real reason but otherwise it’s just normal operation. A large uptick in Military air traffic out here would be a much bigger tell imo; not seeing that yet.
