That's a sign you aren't doing anything terribly wrong. Anyone who starts to "dabble" with subtle energies would do well to observe carefully how it affects them. If it takes a toll on your well-being, STOP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING IMMEDIATELY!

Today I traded all damn day, currency pairs, went from 900 to 1100 to 500 and back to almost 800, testing several strategies over who knows how many hours...

I'm drained lol

I've been awake for more than thirty six hours.

Here's the story---

Over the last several months I've let myself go. Been stuck in a rut of my own making. Laziness begetting laziness. Too much sleep, not enough activity. Went completely sedentary. Nothings getting done, and its not that I don't have the energy, I just don't want to even try.

Today, well actually, yesterday I finally broke that spell, and it is so fulfilling to be ate up with positive emotion and a healthy change of my thought process.

I do think the time I spent in hibernation was necessary, so I don't regret it or wish I had done anything different. I believe I needed that time to recharge my batteries, however detrimental I may have become. Emphasis on mental.

I'm a little nervous and panic-y because anytime something good begins to happen, it is always faced with an even more difficult obstacle set in my path to destabilize and force me off track.

The progress I have made is that I have completely cut alcohol out of my life for the last 6,7,8 months. Today I was severely tempted because things are going so well, and the future looks bright as can be. A great contrast to the dreary melancholy I have allowed to dominate my mind the last several months.

I wanted to celebrate and have a drink or two, and had to wrestle with this temptation like grappling a massive gorilla that has laid dormant not letting me know of its slumber, until it woke up and tried to force me to take part in getting drunk. In actuality, I am drunk on good vibes as well as a lack of sleep.

I went through the motions, played out the scenario in my mind, and came to the inevitable conclusion that going back to drinking alcohol would not be in my best interest, and would greatly compromise the positive progression I am determined to treat myself with. I don't need alcohol to treat myself, there are so many other ways to celebrate. Thinking that its normal to go buy a beer is not for me. It may be for others, but it is not for me. Even if I could drink just one or two, the damage it has caused me in the past does not offer me a viable solution to drink it, quite possibly ever again.

Anyways. I reconciled with my father, and now have an awesome job opportunity ahead of me. A career that I can dedicate myself to. A trade I can learn, and a way to survive as well as challenge myself even further to the path I am destined to follow and set this course to a greater tomorrow. I am so happy, and so thankful. I have not been this happy in a while. And the false hope of that past happiness makes me wary for the counterbalance that could very well be inevitable. But this is negative thinking. A fear of being happy. And I am training myself to simply live in the moment, and enjoy this positive reinforcement that has landed in my favor.

I am looking forward to and am excited for what tomorrow has to bring, whereas the past few months I honestly did not want to face what tomorrow had to bring, because I could not see past the darkness I allowed to take up residence within my head. Now that there is a light, and I can see clearly the path to survival; I can encourage myself and become the man I am meant to be.

It is truly amazing, and I never thought myself capable of having the hope and the promise I have right now. A promise to myself, and a goal to strive towards. I can do it. I must. And I will it into fruition. Not giving in to lower vibration nor the empty pride of narcissistic behavior.

I am who I am, and I am happy to be me. Thank you.

WOW! Thank you so much for your "testimony." I rarely drink anymore. I think it was in 2017 or 2018, I received a "notice" that it was time to stop alcohol and sugar. The alcohol was easy, I only drank once a week and wasn't addicted to it (thankfully), but the sugar has been harder.

I understand energy is wild right now, and that keeps us on our toes, but you do need to rest too, lovey. Sleep is very important for a human bean body to function properly.

That's the best feeling, huh? Having clarity of one's own purpose....

Ya know, I've been thinking about this like I said last night.

I think when we're "hooked into" God, we receive a never ending flow of energy through our dantians from that source....and I think that's why I don't become drained when doing energy working sessions, or any energy work.

Heh, it also helps that I don't think it's me doing the healing while in a session. I know it's a powerful energy that runs through me and is so beyond me and has so much wisdom, I start the session and basically stand aside. I verbally speak requests at the start of a session, but it is not me doing the healing. I am thoroughly humbled by this energy that flows through me....heh, and I don't humble easily.

And I've wondered if that's what makes the difference between a healer who is drained after a session, and a healer who is not drained after a session....that indelible energetic connection to God.

I dunno....but I cannot think of one session as a double Reiki master, or how I'm now doing healing sessions, wherein I've walked away drained. I've been doing healing sessions off and on for nearly 30 years, so yeah, there's some kind of disconnect happening with those who become drained.

Zoinkaeon, and all, as well you talked about a "fear of happiness," and that reminds me of the "fear of enlightenment" that Kryon identified in the book The Twelve Layers of DNA: An Esoteric Study of the Mastery Within.

He says that a lot of old souls/Starseeds have an issue with a fear of enlightenment, and we'll throw wrenches into our own growth to stop reaching a better/best state of enlightenment....and that right there is messed up, big time.

Why such the fear? Because we've lifetime after lifetime been persecuted for our "lofty" beliefs that we've talked about. Some have been mocked and shunned, some have been stoned, and some have been murdered....Jesus was nailed to a cross.

I was a Cathar, and I was burned at the stake. They murdered all of us. It's the only other lifetime I haven't been able to relive through again. Three times it has been tried, and every single time I start to have a freaking panic attack (!!!). It is just too awful and difficult for my psyche to manage with being burned alive.

I did find that I indeed had this fear in me, and I got it all fixed up. I am stronger for doing that.

Youse guyses, check yourselves deeply, not just on the surface, making sure you don't have such the fear going on in you as well....heh, most of us think we're doing well and fine, but once you go deep, you find there are issues there too, like this very debilitating fear.


Wouldn't it be just about the worse thing ever if you didn't transition to a higher plane, ONLY because you are frightened by being correct, when so many others told you you were wrong?....just awful. Check yourselves....


I'm going to include a link to the book....heh, this book is what brought me to be able to embrace and love God, youse guyses, after nearly my whole lifetime of not being able to embrace that one. It's just that powerful of a book, as he's explaining all the facets of the 12 strands, and how they work. Some of it is surprising.

I've had an awesome relationship with Christ for 30 years, that one saving me many times over, but God was a whole 'nother can of worms. It's the little "g" god I was having issues with. Now I know the Big G, God. That one is my strength and my fortress.

And I'm often having a little conversation with my DNA before I go to sleep, and I do love the relationship I've cultivated with it. My DNA is my connection to God while in body. There are little antennas all over our DNA....and I phone it home, my thoughts, and what I want for my body and life. Sometimes I get it. Some other things take time.

Lovey really the only thing I could do that way is to call on Unemployed Angels to look over you....you can call on these ones too, eh?

I wouldn't be able to build up your energy field. That's something you'd have to do. The energy could help through a session, perhaps getting rid of some neg attachments (if there were any, and most people do have them) and getting your chakras fixed up, but you're an AC, and I had a very bad experience with an AC....still am, upon occasion. You'd have to get an upgraded acct for me to do that. My email address only goes to those I already know now while on GLP.


Take care with the method. Don't abuse it or take advantage of it....as in: My Lily Pad is a mess, and needs cleaning. I could give myself a jolt....but whose fault is it my pad is a mess? I mean, I've been sick and out of commission for well over a month - henceforth the mess - but still, does that justify me drawing on my "God" energy?

I'm not currently being attacked, so the energy is left at rest. I can otherwise take responsibility for myself, while I can't when my energy field is being pummeled.

a story for you. i was in emergency with my grandmother last week. (infection) she was laying on the hospital bed tossing and turning, sleeping/unconscious. i started meditating, closed my eyes and saw three orbs pulsating near the door.(you know how if you look at a light then close your eyes there is a residual effect? but there was no light that would have left that residual effect) i took a deep breath and focused my energy( i was gonna blast them but they left before i could) so i tried to fill the room with my energy. she woke up with a startled gasp, looked at me then sighed relief and went to sleep.

i have a question, how does one become a reiki master? research material would be appreciated, if you would be willing to point me in a direction.

i can create heat in my lower danten. ive been meditating sense i was about 8?, i used to call it "zen mode" before i knew it was called meditation. i meditate while playing guitar, while drawing, while doing menial tasks at work. its very easy for me to slip into.

About six or seven years ago I was having a problem with connecting to some people while doing Reiki distance work, which is pretty much all I'll do anymore, even without doing Reiki. The energy was backing up into my hands. I couldn't figure it out.

After a bit, my guidance informed me that Reiki was an "old" form of healing - it is an ancient form of healing - and I was moving into a higher vibration, and needed to reassess the way I did healing work, and that I needed to create my own way. I was working all the time, and I just couldn't fathom how I was going to be able to create my own way, and I did little healing work until last year (I'm retired now).

I have since developed my own way, and it does work well....but I'm working with some remarkable energy flowing through me.

Me telling you this is not to deter you from becoming a Reiki master, but you feel to me like you've surpassed that method, and you can also create you....oh, my expanded self is speaking....

Heh, "required" is a big word for my guidance lately. When they say something is required, they mean just that....and I'm surprised a "hop to it" isn't added, by the quality of the word "required" and how it's conveyed. And anyway, you'll be saving yourself the chore of finding a well and fine Reiki master - there are a whole slew of frauds or compromised Reiki masters - not to mention the costs of the attunements. It does get pricey, my friend.

Be a FREE SPIRIT and develop your own way. It's mostly about being a sensitive and compassionate person, and opening yourself wide to the goodness that's all out there, everywhere....you only have to tap into it, lovey.


As well, you remind me a bit of me. I was told years and years ago that I am in a state of meditation 24/7/365....harhar, and that still to this day blows my mind, because I wonder how others are getting through their day.

I think most of the reason I was told Reiki is an old way and to develop a new way, is because Reiki is involved with rituals, and that rituals are not something of a higher vibration.

I mean, most times I only have to think of someone in a concerted way, make a request, and they get the energy. If there's deeper work to do, like chakra work, then we go into a session, but if someone just needs a bump of energy, I only have to think of them, and send.

That's how I got back into doing energy work, because I found out that little nugget of info....think and send. How novel and effortless, eh?

My energy working sessions only last 10-15 minutes, and that's with working with the planet, too. Pfht, I know someone who it only takes them a millisecond to get in and out of a body, and then five minutes to wrangle whatever it is out to be transformed....that's GLPs Lance. He's a badass healer. He's the one I want to work with me when I need it. He's removed a kink I had in my small intestine all my life - I've have 11 bowel obstructions due to that kink - and the last of my crud, a MILAB gatekeeper....he told me that one bounced all around his body before he got it wrangled.

He's good, eh?....yet a totally different approach from mine. Neither of our ways are mainstream....although we're in the "stream" when we're working.

that would be amazing, you would have to give me some guidance. i have almost no idea what im doing. my grandmother, last week, was the fisrt time ive tried something like that. i also sat with her before the ambulance arrived. i put my hand between her shoulder blades and just tried to push heat into her( she was shivering and felt cold, but was actually warm, fever fighting the infection and all.

I have been doing energy channeling for 2 decades.

Reflective Shield which directs the attack back to the source amplified many times over.

Every entity of the universe has the right to defend itself when attacked.

You are entitled to use lethal force. They don't respect anything else. These people specialise in getting people to kill themselves. You are well within your rights to terminate them.

Old school, you close your eyes and see yourself in a circle at the centre. You will see glowing orbs representing the beings/people attacking you. Enclose them in globes of Love Energy and hold them there so they can't escape until you think they have had enough.


I have many many techniques for people seeking to defend themselves from attacks along with who direct the attackers, what agencies/billionaires they work for.


People who speak truth at these sites are often targeted.

I have used lethal force while out of my body. These rays come out of my hands and zap the perp right out of existence, and my astral big toe is something else, one touch of my astral big toe and the one I'm touching instantly goes down, all their inner structure removed, their bones gone.

Heh, they were going to try to kill me, what was I to do?....

Heh, but those abilities come from somewhere else in my consciousness, than the one I work with while in my body.

Jeebus, I've been gun shot in the astral, and was laying there bleeding out, until some nice energy workers flew in, and put me back in my body. I woke up with angry red markings on my body where I had been shot.


Ahem, but I'm asking you to share some more of your techniques, because I know only so many are going to know how to do what was suggested, and done with me.

We need all the help we can get right now, and I know the way suggested to me is only but one way.

Energy channelling is achieved by Sympathetic resonance.

The energy is all around us. We tap it by resonating with it on the frequencies we desire by feeling those energies within our form.

By Patterning them with Intent they are made more effective.

Clear your mind, "feel" the energy you are trying to channel (Love is always safest and best as it works as a multi-tools) and allow it to build.

If you breathe it in and out you allow it to double if possible with each breath until you can hold no more. This conducts even more energy and all you have to do is pattern it and direct it.

You know when you are nailing it because every hair on your entire body stands up.


There are bands of energy and "flavours" which you can tap into.

Each have specific influences.

This is not Magic, it is science.

Hello Gypsy, may I comment on Reiki, as a Master Teacher? Some of your readers may be unfamiliar with the history.

There are neither rituals nor religious trappings in the teachings of Usui Sensi. He was adamant with that respect. He never used any nor taught that way.

Madame Takata “westernised” his teachings when she returned to Hawaii at the height of WWII, to make it less focused on its Japanese roots. She brought a lot of Christian perspectives into it. I prefer keeping to original teachings and the 5 Precepts, “Just for today…”, personally. Thankfully Madame Takata brought Reiki Stateside! She was able to preserve Usui Sensi’s original writings and methods. Mr Hiachi preserved them in Japan, too; he died protecting the knowledge.

I’ve had Reiki feel as if it’s backing up into my body when offering a session. This all happens when I start with Byosen before active Reiki. The client is rejecting Reiki; for various and sundry reasons. I gently end the session there and then.

Usually I’ll get the client to open up about what’s really going on in one’s life when this happens. It’s interesting learning why someone is rejecting energy healing. Sometimes it’s fear of the unknown/different. Other times it’s the fear of wholeness and wellbeing. Sometimes it’s just a poo-day.

Encouraging you to keep posting your observations as an Energy Healer! I enjoy reading your thoughts and ideas. Definitely going to try your technique in the first post.

Once your consciousness clock is cleaned, look out, because there's little to stop one from taking care of themselves. Clean emotions are important....even anger, as long as it's clean, and it's not based in your mom beating you senseless when a kid, or having been shunned all your life....it's not based in base emotions.
