A new energy working method I was just shown, and maybe you can do this too

So I am, a lot of us are, currently under heavy attack. My energy field is strong, but still I am indeed feeling it. I've been told by my guidance that I'm being "pushed on hard" and a friend told me I'm getting slammed, as in SLAMMED, and HARD! Strong energy field or not, it does start to take its toll.

Many of us are in this position right now. If you're feeling like the life is being sucked out of you, you're likely one being attacked like this. It's a very distinct feeling.

If you're an energy worker, then take in what I'm going to share with you. If you're not currently an energy worker, take in what I'm sharing, and learn to do.

My expanded self told me I can take a part of myself, my consciousness, and set it to blast off round after round of energy blasts, set it like a timer, and that will keep the space outside of my field clear.

Heh, I was finally able to view what's going on with this attack this morning, and it was fierce and non-stop....and I can assure you, it's not just me getting hit like this.


I haven't yet set these energy blasts in motion, but I did just send a big one out....lol, that was a lot of power, and busted everything up, but they will be back. My expanded self told me that's why I'm being shown this method, because the attacks are going to be relentless. Setting these blasts of energy coming from yourself on a timer will keep it off from you, or from outside of your field, if its strong.


All I do is quiet and still myself, center myself, and build energy from my life force center, and release it, KAPOW!....heh, the rest is history.

If you don't know how to do this, then learn. And don't anyone tell me I'm draining myself doing this, because I become energized after doing this. Lol, I'm going to have to put the autopilot blaster in downtime at night, otherwise I'll never sleep....THAT'S how much I DO NOT become drained by doing energy work. Nothing I do drains me, and only fills me up with healthy energy.

Listen to me....I want you to dig deep into yourself, you're going to have dig heartily, but find your core being, and tweak your perspective....because you are going to HAVE TO go on, you are REQUIRED to go on. I'm sorry, but we're too much in this right now for a person of your caliber to perhaps be giving up.

But no, us practicing methods of protecting ourselves is our God given right. We were created invincible, eh? We've fallen from that grace, but we were created as invincible beings.

Heh, I have felt that invincibility while out of my body and in an originally created body, but I cannot explain it....it's something else all together.

Do you have any more info/instruction on the 'how & where' as in. how do you set the timer - with an affirmation/inner declaration, or is there a better method? And where do you build the energy - in the dan tien area or elsewhere?

Looking forward to trying this out - I am really needing some better defense at this time.

Yes, the lower dantian is where one's energy power lives--

The lower dantian is in the area a few fingers below your navel, and in Japanese traditions is the area of the Hara. It houses your vital energy, power and essence.

And as far as how to set the timer, of course your intentions are where to start....but I'm going to suggest to you to relax, clear your mind, and see what comes to you about how to best set the timer. We are all unique, so what works for me, may not work for a single other person.

I've been working on getting mine going, but I'm not quiet and stilled enough right now. I need to go out to take care of some errands, and then I'm going to get with it. I am upon occasion hearing a KAPOW, though.

....it's startling.

Oh I'm right there with you. Not literally, of course. But the energy... the motivation just hasn't been there this past week or so. No amount of coffee works. Even after many hours of solid sleep I still feel like I haven't slept.

We are experiencing a significant drain on our resources. It's up to us to find our rally point and rebound. (I'm still searching for mine!)

I'm drinking a daily dose of two strong cups of licorice root, Marjoram, and Hops.

I also have a daytime blend without the hops.

It's keeping me balanced better than anything I have ever tried. And I'm absolutely serious about maintaining my intake of this blend.

It's right for me. It may not be right for everyone, but it's keeping me even and balanced.

The energy is so crazy right now that I dare not dismiss taking this chemical protection.

I drink my herbal medicine and that's that.

It's not going to solve all of life's problems, but it will get me to where I'm chemically even and can rest.

I don't care if people laugh at it, or don't understand it. I just do the energy work I need to do right now.
