SUCCESS! So proud today! I am out of debt! | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 79529676 United States 03/22/2023 02:14 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It took years, and I struggled to live frugally during all that time. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 82433985 Well, it paid off...because everything has been PAID OFF! I have a lot of credit available now, but I'm not going to let that tempt me to use it. The frugal lifestyle has become a habit, so it will continue; allowing for my ability to save money in this wacked out uni-party globalist economy. I have a -0- credit rating. Never knew there was such a thing until I had -0- debt for a few years. On a nearly daily basis, I am prodded to some sort of credit/debt or another. I think I have all I need, and if I choose differently, I buy it cash. No wolves badgering me for this or that. Enjoy what you have accomplished. The peace is worth it. The lowest score you can have is a 300 |

I have a small ampunt of CC debt which I have also reduced. It has been not so easy to pay down the debt since my husband passed away, but if you keep at it, you can make a difference and finally be totally free. Quoting: Lily o' the Valley Go for it, anybody who hasn't started yet. Pay your bills early each month, and pay more, even if it is only a bit more, than the minimum. This is to reduce the interest, thus the amount you owe. If I come across unexpected money, like a refund, I have been putting it to debt rather than spending it, and that has helped too. Congratulations, AC! Good luck you guys! What an optimist. wbh reincarnated |

That's the plan...and also my one financial fear. I pray to God...PLEASE...make it to where I never ever have to rely on it. Fiat cash RULES...until it doesn't anymore, which I also hope and pray doesn't happen until I am dead and rotten in the grave. Of course, having the USA return to a gold-standard economy would bring tears to my eyes. |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 82433985 United States 03/22/2023 02:33 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | No. And I hate admitting to the reason for the debt, but oh well. Why not? I took on $13,000 of debt over the course of three years (2017-2020) to please my new wife...who in 2020 became my ex. Unfortunately, all that debt was in my name, so yeah. I did get the privilege and satisfaction of throwing her out, however. That was a really good day like today is. The debt wasn't the only thing in my name. The apartment lease was, too. She tried using the police to stay, but I whipped out that lease and out the door with her stuff she went. The very next day, I had a yard sale and liquidated all our belongings. I used that money to get a divorce, and in the end...she got nothing at all from it. I had sold it all (which you can legally do if you're still married). So it's been almost three years of paying off that debt and surviving as the economy tanked. Forget being out of debt. The real nugget here is you got a divorce & she got nothing ! Bruh ! You could write a book on that & be a millionaire. Props man. I truly appreciate all the awesome comments on my post, but this post I deeply appreciated the most. Yeah man! She deserved to get kicked out of the house! |

I put myself on a tight budget and hammered the shit out of it after my divorce. Bank of America didn't even have the software for mortgage payoff, it's a SCAM! Attorney made the president process hardcopy the old fashion way. I owe no one. My utilities are paid several months ahead so no huge winter bills to face. Government extortion fees are paid. I'm still on the frugal budget for monthly expenditures, but I can buy anything I fucking need or want without credit. Being debt free is the most wonderful feeling! |

That was a long, arduous ordeal. Low IQ way to "celebrate". By poisoning your body. I bet drinking was the only way to tolerate your wasted life as a debt slave pig? Congratulations, don't pay the banksters penny of interest ever again. Frugal life is the way, all the bullshit we want was invented to make us want and work for it, and take what we have the most precious - Time You will not get back time you didn't spend with your close ones. And you can go any time, during that time this will be your greatest regret. Giving your time for few $ and material things instead of using it right. |

That was a long, arduous ordeal. Now you are ready to build wealth and start collecting interest, instead of paying it! You are on the proper side of the equation now! I never forgive and I never forget I am a licensed firearm holder. I will, under protection of law, use lethal force if attacked. |

I can't stress this enough OP, don't make this your new religion. Spend your fucking money and enhance your soul and forget about the rest. Build wealth for life fun and experiences, don't let them con you into being "frugal" for the sake of coping with their money system. |
