They might be insured for 250k but who cares when you lost millions? yeah, insured up to XYZ , does not mean they will pay u that much. it is "insurance" so might pay 40% of what u had. 2nd- there is not enuf printed money to pay all debts in the entire world. most debt is #'s on paper or a screen. if all debt came due at once, there is absolutely no way they can b paid. not enuf real printed cash for what is owed out.
