My optimistic side could see the following scenario unfold.

The Supreme Court, either accepts the case or ignores this notice of misprision.

The filing of this notice represents the final step, the very last step in the attempt to deal with the corrupted election in a legal manner.

If the court ignores, (having clearly abdicated their constitutional responsibilities), they effectively negate the constitution and consequently their own legitimacy.

At that point we simply have no constitution and it is up to an uncorrupted wing of the military to take over.

Or seeing this whole potential, the court takes the case and rule in the Brunson brother’s favor.

Failing that our government just continues to rot and collapse, people stop any cooperation with government, and your imagination can take over from here.

You forgot the third scenario, where the military does NOTHING either.

The military is actually any man or woman who will keep the Constitution sacrosanct. Any organization now after the collapses will boil down to each individual persons own integrity. This is where its going
