It took two months of preparation and with the help of my younger brother Deron, I was able to successfully file a law suit against three of the members of the US Supreme Court Justices. They were legally and officially served March 17, 2023.

I'm accusing them of aiding and supporting enemies of the United States Government by refusing to protect the constitution by denying my petition regarding the allegations that there was interference in 2020 Presidential Election. My three defendants knew full well regarding the allegations, and for reasons that they need to explain, denied my petition. They are guilty of misprision of treason, which is "the deliberate concealment of one's knowledge of a treasonable act or a felony."

As of a few days ago, and in response to my lawsuit against them, they (like anyone else being sued) had to secure attorneys to represent them. They had no choice but to lawyer up, because by themselves, a US Supreme Court Judge does not have the power of influence over a lower court (unless an application for a temporary stay order is filed by a losing party regarding a decision made in the Federal Court, which of course, has nothing to do with the action of this case). Let me repeat. My defendants by themselves cannot and do not have any influence over a lower court. None. They are individuals who have to defend themselves, and in response to my action they acted accordingly. They lawyered up, and by doing so submitted to the future judgment of my local US District Court.

I want them to either grant me a hearing or be removed from office. Now, does my judge have the power to remove them from office? Yes, he actually does. So far there is nowhere in the rules, or statutes, or the Constitution that shows or indicates that my defendants have to be impeached first. In my study of law and how our government is structured, there is no legal power other than congress doing a majority vote that can stop the judicial branch from removing my three defendants from office. But, what if I prevail with my Federal Court Judge? My three defendants can appeal it. What if I win in the appellate court? They can appeal it to the US Supreme Court.

This means if I lose I can also appeal it. All the way to the US Supreme Court. What happens when it gets there? Clarence Thomas and colleagues will then have the opportunity (if they want) to grant me a hearing, and if I prevail, they could, with a court order, have them removed from office. Who and what power can stop them? An executive order from the U.S. President? No. Judges have often stopped Executive Orders. What about the DOJ? No again. They are also part of the executive branch. Outside of the rule that comes from the majority vote of congress, there is nothing more powerful in this country than a court order.

What's my next step?
Deron and I are now preparing an offer. A settlement offer that by law, must be delivered to my three defendants personally through their legal counsel. (This is pretty cool because I now have a direct path of communication to my defendants.) Anyway, my offer is going to be this: If they can acquire the vote of another associate Justice, which will give me the four needed votes, and grant me a hearing, I will drop my case against them!

Supreme Court Docket #22-380

The US Supreme Court chose not to docket my 3rd petition. In their letter written to me:
"This case is considered closed in this Court, and no further consideration by this Court is possible."
I know this news is a disappointment to many of you and may cause you to lose all hope in our court system and government, but I believe that the majority of this nation is holding together a prayer, a common prayer, a prayer that the Constitution will soon be protected by those who swear to do so. I so believe in this prayer. I believe that this prayer coming from so many of us will be answered. In the Lord's due time.
Now we go to Plan D, our brother Loy's lawsuit. I will give you an update on this in a few days

Do not think that this matter is on the back burner regardless of what else is taking place outside of home. Remember we have learned from history to FIRST be about cleansing the inner vessel before we deal with the outer as Moroni taught us when he was dealing with a currupt government in his day (the kingmen) upon the very land we are now living on. These things we are dealing with today destroyed two entire peoples/governments who dwelled on this land in the past. Please read Ether chapter 8 to get a basic understanding of what is going on. And make no mistake there are warriors in every walk of life and tier of service who DODefinatly take their Oaths very seriously. We also take it very seriously when those at the head of government through law craft/gaddianton craft & darkened minds & the false ways of this world violate their two Oaths they take to the Constitution. How can society remain stable when the Oath is declared as irrelevant by SCOTUS???

We The People are on "dry land" and are not going anywhere. We are only pleading with God to assist SCOTUS in understanding that the Oaths to the Constitution which include Oaths to God are NOT to be declared irrelevant or without purpose. Do you all realize the magnitude of what is going on? What does it say to the rest of the world that the United States of America Supreme Court refuses to uphold its own oaths. This is a black and white issue. This is not a lick your finger and stick it into the wind to see which way the politics is going. The Supreme Court has no right to declare themselves enemies of society and civilization.

Today, three letter/affidavits were sent to SCOTUS on behalf of the Brunson Brothers. The affidavits were overnighted via USPS giving notice to SCOTUs that their decision caused them to commit misprision.

Below is a sample of the letter/affidavit you can use to send your own letter/affidavit to SCOTUS as one of We the People - When you sign the letter in front of a notary this becomes an affidavit. Sending this to SCOTUS, you effectively join with the Brunson Brothers as a Co-Petitioner to have SCOTUS hear and rule on the case, Brunson v Adams st al. that is still currently before SCOTUS.

There is ample evidence presented to SCOTUS to show that Brunson's claims have plausible merit. 388 elected officials collectively conspired to violate their oaths of office and you are hereby notified of this potential felony and treason by this undersigned “good citizen.”


The Department of Homeland Security has a national campaign to raise public awareness of the signs of terrorism and terrorism-related crimes called, “If you see something, say something.” This current case before SCOTUS leaves a most important question before the court, “What good does it do, if no one responds?”


“I, ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter.
