Simple. I plan to do this in a few years, assuming the tax laws stay the same.

Long term capital gains taxes are paid based upon your income that year. In a few years, we plan to take profits on one of our investment properties. That year, we will live on savings, taking zero income. We will sell the property, and since all income we may generate that year will be eliminated by standard deductions, we will pay zero taxes on those long term gains.

Completely legal.

Who do you think Congress made that tax law to benefit? Themselves and their big donors. Watch what they are doing for their own benefit, and take advantage of such yourself, if at all possible.

I love real state… there’s a 2 year free taxes on investment properties… that’s how people flip properties and make tons of money.

Was listening those Wikileaks audio calls in Italian, they talk about lawyers, doctors and more people involved in that demonic shit… they do need tons of money to supply adrenochrome.
