Xi Ping's Portrait is above Biden's, while in the background of Joe's picture are electrical generating power wind mills, and the EMP weapon that bares a striking resemblance to the Chinese balloon package (Not shot down, but was self destructed by the Chinese, to simulate a dry run EMP detonation) is shown between them.
