Russia could shoot down U2 in 1960
In 1960 Russia shot down a fast moving U2 spy plane at 70,000 ft. and we can't even shoot down a Balloon, something wrong, where is all that military spending gone on, looks like nothing.

It was ONLY when NUMBNUTS air supply broke down that the U2 came in 'range'...
