Well it appeared to me to be a high altitude jet with a persistent contrail (chem) flying toward the western sunset and as the camera panned down the auto exposure of a larger dark area caused a blooming of the lighter sky area and as soon as the camera panned back up to show more sky it went away. No explosion there.
