Egg protein is the most "bioavailable", which means it has the most diverse array of amino acids. These building blocks of protein can be used much more completely than foods like vegetable proteins, which have a less diverse amino acid pool.

Obviously, you don't know anybody close to you who has gotten this shit, whatever it is. I assure you it is not the common cold. The symptoms are nothing like a cold. This shit makes it so you can barely breathe. I have a friend who nearly died from this shit, couldn't breathe it fucked up his lungs so bad. He was in the hospital for a month.

A co-worker got it and could only walk about 6 feet before he would lose his breath. He told me he was afraid to go to sleep because he thought he would stop breathing. Thank god I have tons of local farms around here. I've never seen egg or milk or cheese shortage in my life. Helps living in the Dairy state.
