Everything you NEED to know at the right time and place is found within you. Stop looking in books and start meditating more.

If you dont have enough time to meditate for 15 minutes a day, you should meditate for 45 minutes a day.

Aim for multiple times daily. Meditation is the most valuable practice you can engage in on your quest for knowledge.

This cannot be understated.
