I think this thing will be over long before the first Abrams rolls into Ukraine. Even CNN says many months before delivery. Don't know about the Leophards though.

I was a section leader for IFV's in the Marines. The whole force works and moves as a combined arms war fighting system.

Without all the pieces in place, communicating and supporting each other, no individual system is any type of game changer.

If you are operating without air or artillery cover, you are exposed and very bad things can happen quickly.

Satellite recon is overrated also. It's not going to save you ass if you can't call in fire support to do something about the situation you are in.
