I think that, if you analyze his words carefully enough, what he's really saying (in this PSYOP piece) is:

a) Russians area coming! We must arm ourselves, and fight Russians before they invade Europe!

b) Russians are "rational" enough to not use nuclear weapons, because "nuclear war should not be fought, and can never be won"

Point a) is a load of bullshit, but it definitely serves the purpose of preparing European populations for the upcoming war with Russia. That much has always been expected.

Point b) is what I find most interesting, though.

It's rather interesting how "experts" like to define "rational" as "what I want YOU to do" (Russia not using nuclear weapons), and not what's actually the rational thing to do (Russia using nuclear weapons in Ukraine).

A single nuclear detonation (by Russia) in Ukraine could have stopped this whole shitshow right in its tracks months ago. Not so anymore, though. That opportunity has been completely wasted by Russia.

Furthermore, don't you find it funny when he says that "nuclear war can never be won"... but doesn't say that Russia will, without a shadow of a doubt, lose any conventional war with NATO, and will, therefore, have no other choice but to use nuclear weapons in such a war?

That (undeniable) fact wouldn't play well with his PSYOP piece, would it?

Then again... assuming that Pentagon generals (NATO ones don't make any decisions anyway) know what they're doing (which is very debatable), they may actually be aiming for a conventional invasion of Russia.

I mean, the best time of the year to fight nuclear wars is Winter (because such wars last for no more than a few days, and don't kill more than 10% of the population directly, with cold, starvation, dehydration, and diseases usually killing the other 90%), while the best time of the year for conventional wars is Spring (because conventional wars take months or years to come to end, and Spring gives most time until the next Winter), and U.S. has already let this Winter pass, so Spring it is, apparently.

Pentagon may honestly be trying to make the upcoming invasion of Russia a strictly conventional war... which could only mean that they're even crazier/insane/completely-disconnected-from-reality than anyone could've imagined.

We're not being led down the path of extermination by evil people. We're being led there by the utterly insane (the genuine nuthouse-material) ones. That's infinitely worse.

But Putin threw a massive wrench into Ukraine.. that fked all kinds of sht up, including a planned israeli state 2.0 next to Russia.
